Inspection/Assembly/Packaging
Inspection/Assembly/Packaging position available in Jackson. This position is on 1st shift. Paying $16/hr.

Inspection/Assembly/Packaging Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday )
- Monday-Thursday 6:00am-4:30pm Friday 6:00am-2:30pm.
Packaging/Assembly
- Visual inspection of parts
- Assemble parts per shipping Instructions
- Adding various components: O Rings, Caps, Nuts/Sleeves
- Pack in appropriate Box with label per shipping Instructions.
Boxing/Inspection
- Help get parts from the parts washers to the Boxing stations.
- Sorting parts while doing visual inspection and using air hose if needed to remove shavings and other particles
- Put parts in specified containers, document part no., qty. and heat no .on proper container.
- Move boxes of parts from the boxing station to the Shipping Department.
- Inspection
- Visual Inspection of Parts ran on CNC Lathes, CNC Mills, and Screw Machines.
- Blueprint reading
- Use of micrometers, calipers, and other various gauges.
Inspection/Assembly/Packaging Qualifications:
- Must have Blueprint reading ability.
- Must have basic math skills.
- Computer skill. Creating folders and scanning Material Certifications.
- Must be able to Identify visual defects on turned or milled metal Products such as cracks, burrs, shavings, out of roundness conditions.
- Must have experience with micrometers, calipers, and other various gauges.
- Comfortable lifting 30lbs.
