Customer Service Specialist Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
14.50 to $ 17.50 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to04:30pm )
- Friendly and optimistic personality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order status updates.
- Computer literate with proficiency in email, Word, and Excel.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed.
- Willing to learn and stay up to date on product knowledge and trends to better assist our customers.
- A team player.
Customer Service Specialist Qualifications:
Candidates must be friendly and engaging while dealing with customers on the phone, over chat and via email. Product knowledge, technology skills and superb customer interaction skills are crucial in maximizing customer satisfaction.
