Operations Manager Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Develop, implement, and supervise the Branch business plan and operating budget, such as operating, financial, and sales targets
- Oversee every aspect of daily operations of the facility to ensure safety, efficiency, and profitability; frequently review and analyze progress toward accomplishing sales forecasts and operational goals; train and develop
- Branch employees; and oversee the record-keeping functions of recording revenue generated and funds received, maintaining inventory records, requisitioning supplies in accordance with sales projections, and moving product within the market area.
- Oversee all physical resource management, including maintenance and repair, adherence to industry.
Operations Manager Qualifications:
- Five or more years of increasingly responsible experience in a sales or agricultural role
- Five or more years of experience leading people; a university degree is desirable; a high school diploma or its equivalent is necessary
- Experience with crops, fertilizers, and pesticides in the current market is a must for applicants.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
