Certified Rigger Details:

  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • $20.00 /hour
  • Full Time work available
  • First Shift (Monday through Friday)

Duties:

  • Move heavy materials and equipment around worksites using rigging gear such as pulleys, cranes and winches
  • Use hand signals and verbal communication to direct other workers on how to move loads
  • Attach loads to rigging to provide support or prepare them for moving
  • Inspect, maintain, and repair rigging equipment
  • Ensure that safety procedures comply with company policies and state laws

Certified Rigger Qualifications:

  • National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators (NCCCO)/CCO Rigger is required
  • 2 - 3 years of previous experience (required)
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
  • Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
