Group lead Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
21.50 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Second Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 05:30pm to01:45am )
- Supervise and direct the activities of Waste Management employees
- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and environmental regulations (OSHA, DOT, EPA RCRA)
- Conduct internal waste audits, assist with waste shipping, and help prepare reports
- Lead operational improvements and support the Group Leader in various functions
- Train and mentor staff, ensuring adherence to waste management processes
Group lead Qualifications:
- High school diploma and 6 months of related experience.
- Proficient in MS Office and able to type efficiently.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in diverse environmental conditions.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and willingness to travel when needed.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
