Custodian Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
15.00 to $ 18.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
•Clean, mop, wax & shine all floors on a regular basis.
•Vacuum & clean out sanctuary after every service.
•Vacuum all other rooms as needed
•Clean all windows weekly.
•Dust all windowsills, furniture & shelves on a regular basis.
•Clean all bathrooms daily, replacing toilet paper & paper towels as needed.
•Empty all trash daily.
•Set up rooms as needed for Sunday School, ECP, dinners, board meetings and/or other church sponsored events as requested.
•Make minor repairs as requested.
•Replace bulbs as needed.
•Order supplies
•Report the need for major repairs Grounds
•Mow grass and edge on a bi-weekly basis or as needed.
•Maintain sprinkler system
•Weed and maintain flowerbeds.
•Replace accessible light bulbs as needed.
•Apply approved herbicides in manner prescribed on label.
•Maintain equipment at safe operating level. Report any malfunctioning equipment needing repairs
Custodian Qualifications:
- Clean criminal background (No felonies or misdemeanors)
- Must speak english
- Preferably non smoker
- Willing to work outside when required
- Must include complete detailed resume
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
