Customer Service Purchasing Assistant Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.00 to $ 17.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in-person
- Resolve customer issues and offer solutions
- Present information related to products and services to customer
- Assist in scheduling technicians
- Contact vendors, negotiate pricing, and purchase materials needed for service jobs
- Data entry & documentation of all customer interactions
Customer Service Purchasing Assistant Qualifications:
- Must have 3+ years of customer service experience in an office environment
- Quickbooks & MS Excel experience preferred
- Great attention to detail and data entry skills required
- Ability to solve customer issues
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
