Seed Treatment Technician Details:
Temporary position- $
19.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to04:30pm )
This position will be 2/3/25-4/4/25.
- Prepare seed treatment slurries.
- Weigh and treat seeds according to specifications.
- Package treated seeds into labeled bags for shipping.
- Collect and compile quality assurance (QA) data for reporting.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and tools. Perform general housekeeping in treating areas, application zones, and QA facilities.
- Support application trials for seed treatments in line with internal standards and protocols.
Seed Treatment Technician Qualifications:
- Physical demands such as standing, lifting up to 50 lbs., carrying, pushing/pulling, and occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
- Potential overtime during peak growing seasons and occasional overnight stays for testing at remote locations.
- Exposure to potential allergens, including pollen and fungal spores.
- Previous experience in agriculture or warehouse settings is a plus.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
