Maintenance Mechanic Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
30.00 to $ 40.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 05:00am to01:30pm )
- Conducts machine set-up, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance service.
- Provides emergency and unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production
- Performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
- Prepares and sets-up machinery for scheduled production runs.
- Performs mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, and hydraulic troubleshooting, and repair of packaging and production equipment.
- Performs electrical troubleshooting and repair on various equipment and building maintenance.
- Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
- Diagnose problems, replace, or repair parts, test and make adjustments
Maintenance Mechanic Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience working in manufacturing, food manufacturing is preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Forklift Experience
- Electrical experience
- Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices
- Open to working weekends as needed and overtime
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
