CNC Process Engineer

CNC Process Engineer Details:

• Direct Hire position
• $60,000.00 to $90,000.00 /annually
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:00pm)

• Designing and developing manufacturing processes for new products or improving existing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety
• Analyzing production processes, identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, and implementing changes to optimize these processes.
•  Creating and maintaining documentation related to manufacturing processes, including standard operating procedures, work instructions, process flow diagrams, and quality control documentation. 
• Identifying and addressing production issues, equipment malfunctions, or other challenges that could disrupt the manufacturing process.
• Collecting and analyzing data from production processes to identify trends, performance metrics, and areas for improvement. Using data to make informed decisions about process modifications.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including design engineers, production workers, supply chain professionals, and management, to ensure a smooth and efficient manufacturing process. 
• Training production staff on new processes, equipment operation, and safety protocols.
• Managing projects related to process improvement, new product introduction, or facility upgrades.
• Collaborating on the transition of new products from prototype to full-scale production, ensuring that the processes are scalable and sustainable.
