Quality Manager/Supervisor Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
22.00 to $ 25.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to04:30am )
- Daily Audits & Compliance: Conduct daily audits to ensure compliance with the quality management system.
- Customer Communication: Engage with customers through email, virtual meetings, and phone calls to address concerns and complaints.
- Issue Resolution: Translate customer feedback and complaints into actionable improvements within the quality system.
- Industry Standards: AS9100 or NADCAP certifications
Quality Manager/Supervisor Qualifications:
- Prior manufacturing management experience
- AS9100 or NADCAP experience, but any practical industry experience a plus
- Prior aerospace industry experience or running a quality system in any applicable industry
- Working knowledge of MS Office programs
- Experience using MRP system a plus
