Plate Maker (Experience Required) Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.61 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Sunday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:00pm )
- Our client works Printing Materials (Industrial size) and you would be responsible for producing quality plates that are used in the production process.
- You will use a variety of techniques to make printing plates for use in the large-scale printing process
- You are required to follow customer instructions, as detailed on the manufacturing order
- Very important for this job: You will inspect artwork, copy, and plates for accuracy to ensure quality.
Plate Maker (Experience Required) Qualifications:
- Preferred previous training in the printing trade and at least three months of on-the-job training
- Education – High School or GED
- Quality Control/ Inspection required
- Need previous computer experience
- Stand and walk for 8+ hours
- While you work on the set up you will be required to bend, kneel and the materials to be moved require frequent lifting (Ink, paper, etc) up to 50 lbs
- Steel toe shoes required
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
