Recruiter Details:
Temporary position- $
19.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Must be able to make good judgement to determine which of our franchise locations would be a good fit for the applicant.
- Excellent interpersonal communications skills.
- Must have good customer service skills
- Must have excellent computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Access and database software
Recruiter Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Burmese is a plus!
- 1 years experience in recruiting
- Strong time management and organizational skills to manage recruitment tasks and track leads effectively.
- A high school diploma
- A self-starter with a results-oriented mindset, eager to grow in franchise recruitment and development.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
