Industrial Maintenance Tech Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
22.00 to $ 25.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday )
Duties:
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment, demonstrating safe behaviors at all times
- Focus on Good Manufacturing and Food Safety practices in all work
- Analyze mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic or electrical problems and make repairs through adjustments, defective parts replacement, or fabrication
- Wire moderately complex control circuits
- Teach basic mechanical skills to line operators to support autonomous maintenance, MOS(manufacturing operations system) functions, equipment set-up and center-lining
- Drive or assist in fabrication, repairs, and install projects as necessary
- Ability to quickly learn other functions pertaining to the job
- Fabricate or replicate minor pieces for the repair or replacement of parts on equipment
- Complete equipment changeovers and troubleshoot
- Identify root causes of mechanical, electrical and control failures and resolve with effective problem-solving tools with minimal downtime or supervision
- Generate safety, productivity and continuous improvement ideas
Industrial Maintenance Tech Qualifications:
- Must be available to work occasional weekends
- Previous industrial maintenance experience is required
- Must have mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic or electrical experience for all repairs
- This is NOT a janitorial maintenance position
- Resume is required
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
