Production Team Lead Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.00 to $ 20.00 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 02:30pm to11:00pm )
The Production Team Lead is in charge of the entire production process and responsible for knowing proper procedures for workers to follow and ensuring that they comply. The leader might be called upon to share special industry techniques on how to use tools and equipment, or tips on how to improve quality or speed of production.
Essential Duties
- Facilitating team participation and encourage team effort
- Assessing risks and ensuring safety guidelines are followed
- Resolving production problems
- Conducting performance evaluations
- Giving and receiving employee feedback
- Training employees
Production Team Lead Qualifications:
- Experience leading a team preferred
- High Level of Attention to detail
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
