Quality Inspector Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.00 to $ 17.00 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available ( Monday throughFriday from 02:30pm to11:00pm )
The Qaulity Inspector role's purpose is to identify, quarantine, and stop the processing of nonconforming product. Individual must be able to check parts, requiring 100% inspection, for visual defects and build requirements or with the use of inspection checking aids such as with gages or other necessary equipment which will determine the acceptance of a part.
Responsibilities
- Follow all safety requirements
- Perform checks on production Inspections
- Perform incoming and outgoing dock inspections
- Conduct and participate in quality audits
- Actively participate in the continuous improvement process and incorporate the zero defect standard in all work
Quality Inspector Qualifications:
- High School diploma or G.E.D
- Basic math skills
- Use of basic hand measuring equipment
- Attention to detail
- Standing for duration of shift
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
