Baler Operator and Unloader
The Baler Operator efficiently operates and unloads the baler while maintaining a safe and organized work area while achieving company goals, under the direction of the Operations Lead. Additional responsibilities include equipment up-keep, non-mechanical maintenance, and safe operation.

Baler Operator and Unloader Details:
Direct Hire position- $
19.00 / annually Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available ( Monday throughFriday )
- Operate baler on a daily basis
- Maintain a clean and organized working environment
- Unload baler as bales are produced
- Record hourly/daily log of total weight materials
- Record down time of the baler flow
- Complete and maintain necessary paperwork pertinent to the assigned department
- Perform physical duties that are associated with the operation of equipment
- Follow direction of the Operations Lead with regards to daily production and activities to complete the job
- Perform daily preventive maintenance on equipment as required
- Follow the dress code and compliance of proper PPE at all times
- Make decisions, solve problems, and handle high stress situations calmly and safely
- Work independently in the absence of direct supervision
Baler Operator and Unloader Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Non-Ferrous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to organize, plan and prioritize work efficiently
- Pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Pass a pre-employment background check
- Willing to work overtime and weekends when necessary
- Basic math, reading and writing skills
- Heavy equipment experience preferred [Skid Steer, Bob Cat, Fork Lift, Front End Loader]
- Material handling experience
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
