Accounts Payable Clerk Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
21.63 to $ 26.44 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
Account Payable Tasks Including:
- Maintain Accounts Payable Records and Facilitate Timely Payment
- Incoming Invoice Processing and Discrepancy Resolution
- Manage and Maintain Accounts Payable Aging
- Assist and Support the Accounting Department Month-Close Process
- Onboard, Set-up and Maintain Vendor and Supplier Records
Accounts Payable Clerk Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years Experience in Accounting (Accounts Payable Preferred)
- Associate's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Keen Attention to Detail
- Self Disciplined for Independent, Deadline Driven Task Management
- Prior SAP experience is a plus!
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
