Rebar Epoxy Applicator - 1st shift Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
The primary responsibility is to apply epoxy coating to reinforcing steel bars (rebar) using specialized spray equipment, ensuring proper coverage and adherence to quality standards.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Epoxy application: Operating spray guns to evenly apply epoxy coating onto rebar according to specified application rates and patterns.
- Quality control: Inspecting coated rebar for defects like missed areas, uneven coating thickness, or imperfections, and addressing issues as needed.
- Material handling: Loading and unloading rebar onto conveyor systems or work stations for epoxy application.
- Cleaning and maintenance: Maintaining spray equipment, cleaning work areas, and adhering to safety protocols related to epoxy handling.
Rebar Epoxy Applicator - 1st shift Qualifications:
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
