17.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )

Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
• Handle inbound/outbound calls and inbound chats professionally and efficiently. • Assist customers with placing orders and provide accurate product or service information. • Resolve customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction through excellent service. • Collaborate with the sales department to support customer-related tasks. • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
