Are you an experienced TIG Welder looking for a great opportunity with potential for permanent employment? Elwood Staffing is seeking skilled TIG Welders for a temp-to-hire position with one of our valued clients.

Welder Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
Perform TIG welding tasks according to specifications and quality standards Set up welding equipment and adjust as necessary Inspect completed welds for quality and consistency Maintain a clean and safe work environment Previous TIG welding experience using a manual machine (This is not Robotic)
Welder Qualifications:
- Previous TIG welding experience with a manual machine
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable transportation and ability to maintain consistent attendance
- Willingness to work in a team environment
