As a Business Operations Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient and accurate processing of market representation activities for the business group. This position involves analyzing and managing critical operational tasks, fostering collaboration among various stakeholders, and maintaining accurate data systems.

Business Operations Support Details:
Contract to Hire position- $
23.00 / hour First Shift
- Analyze and process market representation activities, including open point applications, legal entity changes, terminations, and product line amendments.
- Review and verify documentation for accuracy and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with business groups, field Business Operations Support representatives, dealer networks, and applicants to provide updates and clarify requirements.
- Update customer master systems (DDMS, SAP, CICS) to reflect changes and maintain data accuracy.
- Ensure adherence to compliance standards and identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance operational workflows.
Business Operations Support Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in business operations, administrative support, or data management.
- Proficiency in SAP, DDMS, CICS, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills for stakeholder collaboration and issue resolution.
- Familiarity with market representation processes and compliance requirements is a plus.
