Customer Service Representative Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
15.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to04:00pm )
- Field customer calls and emails, providing product and service information.
- Process orders, RMAs, and other credits accurately.
- Address and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Complete finished goods forms and prepare production folders.
- Maintain and update revision change forms and annual price increases.
- Invoice customers for tariffs on a monthly basis.
- Review and analyze production and sales overview reports.
- Send and maintain customer satisfaction surveys.
- Run daily production, shipping, and purchasing reports.
- Close job orders on a weekly basis.
- Serve as a backup for shipping, receiving, and purchasing tasks.
- Update raw material descriptions and scan obsolete documents for digital storage.
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of Customer Service experience in a Manufacturing environment.
- Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Professional and courteous communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with order processing systems is a plus.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
