Supply Chain Specialist Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
25.00 to $ 30.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift
- Procures raw materials, sub-assemblies, finished goods, supplies, tools, and equipment.
- Requests quotes and negotiates with suppliers to include pricing, long-term agreements, off-site inventory reconciliation, and third-party manufacturing.
- Identifies sources for new products and alternative supply sources.
- Responsible to work cross-functionally to resolve Non-Conforming Materials issues efficiently and effectively.
- Maintains supplier records.
- Full job description will be gone over in interview.
Supply Chain Specialist Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree, preferably in business or supply chain management or equivalent education and/or experience.
- Excellent negotiating, analytical, and communication skills, both verbal & written. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
- Experience with MRP/ERP systems and processes in a manufacturing environment. but not required.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, including good attention to detail.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
