General Maintenance Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 07:00am to03:30am )
- Maintain all inventory and equipment, and ensure proper storage.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations and practices on site.
- Conduct preventative maintenance work.
- Be aware of safety and cleanliness concerns; Report to supervisor.
- Make suggestions for productivity improvements.
- Work with maintenance supervisor to guarantee that facility equipment is properly maintained.
General Maintenance Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in Maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of building trades, cleaning procedures and maintenance.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to make quick, good decisions.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to thrive under pressure.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
