Seeking a Bookkeep/Office Manager with extensive QuickBooks experience!

Advanced Bookkeeper/Office Manager Details:

  • Direct Hire position
  • $52,000.00 to $60,000.00 /annually
  • First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)
  • Maintain financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and financial statements using QuickBooks
  • Invoicing and Expense Processing.
  • Credit, Collections and Deposits
  • Banking Relationships
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Handle payroll processing and tax filings.
  • Provide administrative support to management.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including tenants, vendors, and contractors, to address property-related issues and ensure timely resolution.

Advanced Bookkeeper/Office Manager Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in office management, accounting, or property management roles.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks
