Working Team Lead - 2nd Shift Details:

• $21.50 /hour
• Full Time work available
• Second Shift

•Must be able to comply with the Company’s Zero Tolerance Drug Policy at all times.•Must be able to clearly communicate with all employees to assign tasks.•Must comply with all safety protocols in the workplace.•Oversees all jobs/tasks set up daily by the Plant Supervisor from 1st shift.•Approximately 90% of this position requires the Team Lead to be physically hands on with the employees helping to complete all jobs during the shift.•Load tanks from the mezzanine with slabs of wax. •Must be able to bend to lift slabs of wax from floor level to shoulder height or above head. •Must be able to grasp, pull and lift hands above head to load wax.•Must be able to lift slabs of wax at shoulder height or above to load tanks.•Drive forklift to move pallets of wax throughout the warehouse.•Help to load railcars and trucks with wax, including connecting hoses to both vessels to control the steam, pressure, and temperature. •Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly during a shift.•Must be able to stand 8+ hours per shift (shift is 10-12 hours).•Must be able to communicate completed daily tasks to 1st shift at the end of 2nd shift.
