Fiberglass Machine Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.50 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Monitor and adjust winding machines for proper operation
- Inspect finished fiberglass parts for quality standards
- Load and replace fiberglass thread spools
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace
- Assist with machine maintenance and mandrel changes
- Document production
- Operate a forklift when needed
Fiberglass Machine Operator Qualifications:
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Frequent bending, stooping, lifting 15-100 pounds (over 50 pounds is a team lift)
- Standing for extended periods in a high-noise, industrial environment
- Exposure to heat, moving machinery, and fiberglass materials
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
