Bookkeeper Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 to $ 25.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Maintain precise financial records and oversee general ledger accounts
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and payments
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements to ensure accuracy
- Process payroll and assist with payroll-related reporting and compliance
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements
- Support tax preparation and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Monitor and track expenses, maintaining proper documentation for audits
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for financial data entry, analysis, and reporting
- Uphold strict confidentiality of financial and personnel information.
Bookkeeper Qualifications:
- 2+ years Bookkeeping experience
- QuickBooks experience required
- Any Accounting/Finance degree is a +
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
