Weld Shop
We are looking for an experienced MIG Welder to join our growing team and help fabricate and assemble custom modular units. If you are passionate about welding and looking to contribute to innovative building projects, we want to hear from you!

Weld Shop Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Perform MIG welding on steel and aluminum components used in the construction of buildings.
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate welds and structural integrity.
- Inspect workpieces for defects, ensuring proper measurements, and adjusting settings on welding equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Ensure that all welding tasks are performed in compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
- Maintain and perform basic maintenance on welding equipment.
Weld Shop Qualifications:
- Recent Mig welding experience
- Read blueprints
- Able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day.
- Recent longevity at recent employers.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
