Coating Painting Specialists Manager Details:
Direct Hire position- $
58,000.00 to $ 68,000.00 / annually First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to05:00pm )
- This role involves overseeing efficient powder coating applications, ensuring quality standards and timely performance while managing production schedules and labor efficiencies.
- You will collaborate with Quality Assurance for continuous improvements, provide leadership and training to the team, and handle equipment maintenance.
- Additionally, you’ll quote jobs, manage customer relationships, analyze sales to drive productivity, and coordinate marketing activities.
- Ensuring safety compliance and contributing to staff meetings are also key responsibilities.
Coating Painting Specialists Manager Qualifications:
- Excellent conceptual skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Bachelor degree or greater preferred
- Minimum of 5 years work experience the powder coating industry
- Experience with and in a Lean manufacturing environment preferred
- Supervision experience of a minimum of 3 years in a medium to large powder coating environment
