Lead Storeperson Details:
Direct Hire position- $
55,000.00 / annually First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to05:00pm )
- Applies extensive knowledge and company policies to complete a wide range of assignments
- Takes the lead in effectively applying new processes and skills in accomplishing assignments
- Works on complex problems that require independent action and a high degree of initiative to resolve issues
- Adheres to all quality guidelines
- Provides guidance to less experienced team members
- Directs the day-to-day activities of the distribution operation for the assigned area
- Responsible for 5S company standards and safety programs
- Maintain positive employee relations
- Meet or exceed all relevant key performance indicators
Lead Storeperson Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a distribution center/shipping & receiving role
- Minimum 1 years' experience in leading/supervising a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Computer skills i.e. data entry, understanding of core systems
- Forklift certification required
- Ability to lift 50lbs or more required
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
