Electrical Technician Details:
Temporary position- $
30.00 to $ 40.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
Electrical Technician
- Assemble, wire, and install electrical components and systems for satellites, including circuit boards, power systems, antennas, and communication systems
- Routing wires, Installing cable trays/wraps
- Perform the routing, termination, and connection of cables (e.g., coaxial, fiber optics, Ethernet) between satellite dishes, receivers, and other related hardware
- Attention to detail, work must be clean/neat
- Work with the engineering team to ensure the wiring and connections meet regulatory standards and customer specifications
Electrical Technician Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on electrical technician experience, preferably in a government or industrial setting.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Skilled in troubleshooting, installing, and repairing electrical systems and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail, safety protocols, and adherence to industry standards.
- Ability to obtain and maintain access to Redstone Arsenal if required.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
