Fabrication Quality Inspector - Arvada Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
26.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
• Inspect mechanical parts fabricated internally using industry standard inspection tools
• Inspect mechanical parts and components provided externally by suppliers at inspection stations.
• Inspect and monitor incoming raw materials/packaging and finished goods, including paint, for specification compliance • Inspect electrical wire routing, torquing and continuity as required
• Conduct electrical testing of product as required
• Assist in troubleshooting non-compliant inspected parts and components
• Responsible for inspection-related document control and records storage
• Document and record inspection results in electronic and hardcopy format
• Interpret mechanical drawing dimensional features and acceptable tolerances
Fabrication Quality Inspector - Arvada Qualifications:
Must have experience in the following:
- Metrology & Calipers
- In-process checks
- Checking Flanges
- Read Mechanical blueprints
- Tollerances up to 1/10,000
- Experience with Carbon and different metals
- Weld inspecting
- Experience using Excel, MS Office)
- Paint and Angle experience
- High Pot testing
- NCR & RMA Exp
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
