Shipping and Receiving Coordinator Details:
Temporary position- $
23.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift
- Loading all outbound shipments and receiving and logging all inbound shipments.
- Assists with organizing and executing small parcel shipping Scheduling LTL, FTL, Small Parcel, Courier, and international shipping services Organizing and distributing received items to the cages, shop, PMs, etc.
- General oversight and maintenance of the dock area Communicating any relevant shipping/receiving information to AE's AMs PM's and Shop.
- Receiving all bulk inventory items in NetSuite
- Matching inbound shipments with associated PO#'s and marking the packages with the job# and client name.Assists with the organization and management of client-owned assets. Providing labels, BOL and return shipping packets for each outbound shipment. Inspection of all inbound freight and documenting any noteworthy damage or issues
- .Assists as needed with general warehouse tasks.Other duties as assigned
Shipping and Receiving Coordinator Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous Shipping and Receiving experience required
- Previous warehouse experience moving large crates
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
