Logistics Operator

Logistics Operator Details:

• Temporary position
• $23.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 03:00pm)

• Obtains copy of production schedule or shipping order and transports material or equipment to and from designated areas in the facility.
• Loading and unloading goods from vehicles such as trucks or aircraft
• Moving goods packed on pallets or in crates around the storage facility
• Stacking goods packed on pallets or in crates around the storage facility.
• Stacking goods in the correct storage bays, following inventory control instructions
• Checking that loads are secureStacking empty pallets Performing daily equipment checks such as recharging the forklift's battery and lubricating equipment.
• Removing machine attachments and waste materials from machines.
• Examining products to verify conformance to quality standards. Dumping materials in hopper machines
• Packing goods for deliveries.Preparing all required paperworkSupply assembling/production lines with raw materials utilizing a sit-down forklift.
• Keep warehouse clean and safe at all times following OSHA standards.
• Perform duties in receiving, issuing, handling, and accounting for inventory stock.
