Supervisor

Supervisor Details:

• Direct Hire position
• $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 /annually
• First Shift (Monday through Friday)

• Monitor production standards to ensure finished products are of prescribed quality and meet customer objectives.
• Conduct performance reviews, motivate team members and create strategies to boost productivity.
• Ensure production lines are running up to standards daily.
• Make sure Bill of Materials are being followed for product running on production lines.
• Ensure production schedules are being met.
• Coordinate downtime activity with Maintenance personnel and Management.
• Ensure all SOP’s and safety prevention procedures are being followed.
• Conduct weekly safety meetings with hourly employees.
• Directly supervise a group(s) of hourly personnel performing various production duties on multiple lines.
