Mig/Tig Welder Details:

• Temporary position
• $20.15 /hour
• Full Time work available
• Second Shift (Monday through Friday from 02:00pm to 10:10pm)

Summary: Rework and repair parts according to customer and internal requirements. Strong quality understanding and commitment. Recording of quality information at work station. Follow standard work methods and practice safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• Adhere to policies, daily work place organization & housekeeping; health and safety commitment; personal cleanliness & appearance; attendance & punctuality plus 100% first time quality commitment.• Complies with working instructions.• Addresses problem situations quickly and notify supervisor or management immediately.• Meets quality requirements.• Other duties as assigned.ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP: This position reports directly to the Production Supervisor and works directly with the staff in the Production department.COMPETENCIES / EXPERIENCE: Welding experience (TIG/MIG/MAG)• Must be organized and show initiative• Must be able to maintain a positive attitude and work well with othersEDUCATION AND TRAINING: Minimum High School Diploma• Manufacturing experience, automotive background preferred• Welding certificate preferredSPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (Physical, etc.): Must be able to work weekends and rotating shifts.• Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds.• Must be able to be on feet for 8 hours or more.QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS: All employees are responsible for knowing the Quality Policy.
