Seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician for a college campus. This role is responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of buildings, equipment, and systems throughout the college campus.

Maintenance Technician Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Assist tradesmen in the proper operation, maintenance and repair of building systems, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
- Self-perform general maintenance duties such as light plumbing, light-carpentry, painting, and general occupant requests.
Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
- Minimum of five (5) years demonstrated experience in facility maintenance
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening
- Must be able to consistently push and pull up to 50 pounds and lift up to 30 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time and capable of extensive bending, stooping, stretching, pushing, and carrying
- Must be able to work from elevated areas such as ladders, platforms, scaffolding, etc., utilizing fall protection equipment as necessary to complete tasks
- High School graduate, GED, or equivalent experience
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
